K&H plans maintenance from 23:00 on 31 October until 12:00 on 1 November, Hungarian local time. Hungarian customers managing their finances over the weekend should therefore allow for disruption when logging in or entering instructions.
The bank’s current notice lists e-bank, mobile banking, e-portfolio, e-post, Electra and its website. Temporary interruption or slowdown is expected; continuous loss of every service has not been announced. BEOL’s report of 29 October described the same weekend window.
In practice, urgent tasks are best scheduled before the start, with the bank’s confirmation retained. If the interface reports an error, clarify the instruction’s status before resubmitting: an uncertain screen response and execution are separate questions. Keeping the confirmation can also help explain to the bank exactly when and what operation the customer submitted, without relying on memory of a screen message. We do not infer a general card-payment or cash-withdrawal shutdown from the notice.
For assessing online information, see our survey report on financial uses of AI; for time-sensitive administration, see the Otthon Start submission process. The next time to check is the planned Sunday noon completion. This is the bank’s advance schedule, not a restoration observed by us.
