  1. MNB decision. The base rate remains at 5.50%, with the two overnight corridor rates at 4.50% and 6.50%. The central-bank statement schedules shortened minutes for 4 November.

  2. Small-farm call. Application stages and conditions have changed. Farmers need to check their chosen objective together with the current annexes.

  3. Startup and scaleup hubs. A €40 million EU call is open for a pilot of two networks. The deadline is 5 January 2027, but the total is not an award to one Hungarian participant.

  4. Organic imports. The provisional EU deal would extend transition arrangements for certain non-EU countries through 2036. Formal adoption is still ahead.

  5. Arctic. The new EU strategy proposes a cable-protection hub, satellite links and dual-use networks. Budgets and timing for individual projects will emerge from later decisions.
