The land register's transition to its surveying, mapping and land-parcel formation module, FTTR, starts on 5 November. According to the ministry's announcement of 3 November, land-survey data services and related administration will pause from 6 to 16 November. This affects scheduling for Hungarian parcel-formation cases and matters requiring map changes.
Title-sheet requests and map-copy services will remain available, the announcement says. Customers seeking documents for a property transaction should therefore first establish whether they need a simple lookup or registration of a map change. The two tasks require different services.
The Land Registry Portal timetable schedules the new GML-format surveying data service for 17 November; submission of change files opens on 18 November. These are planned system-launch dates, not successful transitions we have observed.
Our housing construction report covers the investment environment, while the property-search price filter illustrates another practical aspect of searching. Neither replaces checking a specific property's documents. For a time-sensitive case, a work plan agreed with the surveyor and responsible office can provide a reliable basis. The next development to watch is official confirmation of the new data service's launch on 17 November.
