Three new one-star restaurants in Michelin’s American South

Three restaurants newly received one Michelin star in the 2026 American South selection, according to the guide’s release dated 26 October. For Hungarian readers travelling to the United States, the restaurant’s exact location and its own booking conditions matter alongside the distinction.

The Michelin announcement names Dakar NOLA in New Orleans, So. Fox in Atlanta and Uberto Restaurant in Gay, Georgia. The Atlanta tourism organisation’s earlier list also marks the two new Georgia entrants. The date of the current release identifies publication of the source; the results had already been announced earlier.
